The benchmark survey collects sensitive stuff — revenue bands, rent, staffing, marketing spend — and turns it into comparisons owners can actually use. That only works if two things are true:
The data is real. Only verified members of the owner community can submit, and each venue can only be counted once per year — no doubles, no drive-by junk data.
The answers are anonymous. Responses are stored with no link to you or your venue — not even the admins can see who said what. We record only that a venue has been counted, never what was answered.
Results are aggregated and released to members — with one public headline stat each year to champion the industry.
