The people and the purpose behind Australia's escape room owner community.
Escape Room Owners Australia (EROAUS) is a national network dedicated to supporting and uniting escape room owners across the country. We provide a collaborative space for sharing knowledge, solving challenges, and strengthening the industry through connection, advocacy, and best practice. Built by owners who understand the realities of the business, EROAUS exists to help escape rooms succeed together.
We believe a rising tide lifts all boats. Owners helping owners makes the whole industry stronger.
From pricing to prop-building, the answers usually exist within the community — we just connect them.
A united national voice for the escape room industry when it matters most.
Meetups, drop-ins, and friendships — because this industry is more fun together.

TODO: a couple of lines about Jesse and what they do for the community.
It takes more people than this to run EROAUS — as the site becomes a bigger resource, this wall will grow.
TODO — draft: "Running an escape room can be weirdly lonely. Everyone around you thinks you have the coolest job in the world, but nobody else knows what a broken maglock at 6:55pm on a Saturday feels like. I wanted the people who *do* know to have somewhere to find each other."
TODO — draft: "It started as a handful of owners in a Facebook group. Now there's a vetted Discord, weekly drop-ins, a national meetup, and owners who genuinely call each other friends. The industry got more professional — and so did the way we help each other."
TODO — draft: "That no Australian escape room owner ever has to figure something out alone that another owner already solved. And a census number so solid that when someone asks how big this industry is, we're the ones they call."
Every room has rules. These are ours.
EROAUS runs on the generosity of its members. These are some of the people putting their hands up — hosting meetups, running sessions, building resources, and keeping the community humming.

Doing something for the community that should be listed here? Let us know!
EROAUS only works because owners put their hands up. You don't need to commit to much — every bit helps the community grow. Here's where we can always use a hand:
Run a local catch-up in your city, or put your venue forward for a future annual meetup.
Lead a drop-in, share what you know in a talk, or host a themed discussion on Discord.
Fill in the surveys, help design the next one, or crunch the results for the community.
Write for the site, help with events, or bring a skill we didn't know we needed.
Or just mention it in the Discord — we'll find you something fun to do.
